Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CleanBee's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you should not use our services.

2. About CleanBee

CleanBee ApS is a registered cleaning company in Denmark (CVR: 45421082). We provide professional cleaning services to private homes and commercial customers in Copenhagen and North Sjælland.

3. Service Description

We offer the following cleaning services:

  • Standard Cleaning (regular maintenance)
  • Detail Cleaning (deep cleaning)
  • Moving Cleaning
  • Custom Cleaning
  • Commercial Cleaning

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Quotes and Booking

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the creation date. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. By booking, you accept the quoted price and specific terms for the selected service.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due after the cleaning service is completed. We issue an invoice that can be used for servicefradrag (tax deduction) under Danish tax law. Payment terms are 8 days net.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our payment provider: Visa, Mastercard, Dankort, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MobilePay.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing services for CleanBee are provided by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. ("Stripe"). By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement and the Stripe Privacy Policy.

CleanBee does not store your full card or payment details. All payment data is securely processed and stored by Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest level of security in the payments industry.

By using our payment services, you consent to your payment information being shared with Stripe for the purposes of processing transactions, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Cancellation and Changes

You can cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the agreed price. No-shows without notice will be charged in full.

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you have the following options:

  • Contact us within 24 hours, and we will offer a free re-cleaning of the affected areas.
  • If a re-cleaning is not possible or desired, we may offer a partial discount on the relevant invoice.

Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Refund processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. CleanBee reserves the right to assess all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

8. Property Access

You must ensure our cleaning staff have access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot gain access, this will be treated as a no-show and full charges will apply.

9. Liability and Insurance

CleanBee is fully insured against damages that may occur during cleaning. Any damages must be reported within 24 hours after the cleaning. Our liability is limited to direct damages and does not cover indirect losses or consequential damages.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any issues at no additional cost.

11. Tax Deduction (Servicefradrag)

Our cleaning services are eligible for servicefradrag (tax deduction) under Danish tax law. We issue invoices that meet all requirements from SKAT (Danish Tax Authority). You are responsible for correctly reporting the deduction.

12. Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive service-related communications via email and SMS, including booking confirmations, reminders, invoices, and feedback requests. These messages are a necessary part of our service delivery and are not marketing communications. SMS communications are handled via our provider Twilio.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of CleanBee and protected by copyright law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Danish courts with jurisdiction in Copenhagen.
