Do you guarantee I'll get my deposit back?
We offer a deposit guarantee. If the landlord has comments related to the cleaning, we'll come back and fix it for free.
When should I book moving cleaning?
Ideally the day before or on the handover day. We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, for best results the property should be emptied of furniture and belongings.
What about key handover?
We can coordinate directly with the landlord or property management if needed.
